1. TERMS OF CANCELLATION

• Cancellation Before Dispatch:
  • You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched by us.
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
• How to Cancel:
  • To cancel your order, contact us via WhatsApp at 79825 25575 with your order ID.
  • Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 3 business days of confirmation.

2. TERMS OF RETURN AND REFUND

(PARCEL OPENING VIDEO IS COMPULSORY.
Without a proper parcel opening video, no claims will be entertained.)

• Eligible Returns:

  We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing Defects: If the product has a clear manufacturing defect.
  • Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered.
• Return Process:
  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by sending a parcel opening video and the package label to 79825 25575.
  • Upon validation of your claim, we will guide you on how to return the product.
• Return Shipping Charges:
  • Return shipping charges for eligible returns will be borne by us.
• Refund Processing:
  • Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 24 hours of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

3. NON-ELIGIBLE RETURNS

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

• Change of mind or dislike of the product.

• Missing parcel opening video evidence.
