1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Free Shipping Policy

• We offer FREE DELIVERY on orders above ₹5000.
• For orders below ₹5000, a nominal delivery fee of ₹500 per order will apply.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We strive to dispatch your order within 2 working days of receiving it. Delivery times vary based on your location:

• Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, and Tripura 9-12 Days.
• Jammu & Kashmir, North Eastern States, Andaman & Nicobar Islands 5-10 Days.
• All Other States 7-10 Days.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation message with your tracking number via WhatsApp or Email (as per your preference).
• You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through our shipping partner’s tracking portal.

5. COD Orders – Token Amount For Confirmation

• Token Amount Requirement:
  • For orders placed using the Cash on Delivery (COD) option, a token amount equal to 10% of the billed amount will be required.
  • This token amount serves as an order confirmation and is non-refundable in case of order cancellations or returns.
• How to Pay the Token Amount:
  • After placing a COD order, you will receive a confirmation message with payment details for the token amount.
  • The order will only be processed after receiving the token amount.
